Dear Colleagues/ LAN Members,
I wish to inform you that for reasons beyond the control of the President of the Linguistic Association of Nigeria and other Executive Committee members, the venue of the 31st Annual Conference of the Linguistic Association of Nigeria FULCAN 2019, earlier scheduled to hold at the Federal University Lokoja, Kogi State, has been moved to the Nigeria Customs Command and Staff College, Gwagwalada, Abuja. The Conference date of December 2-6 , 2019 still stands. (Arrival Dec 2 and Departure Dec 6). It is expected that colleagues from the Department of Linguistics and Nigerian Languages, University of Abuja, spearheaded by Dr. Abdulmalik Nuhu, will now work hand in hand with the LOC at University of Lokoja to ensure a successful conference in Gwagwalada.
Details of Hotel accommodation in Gwagwalada and its environs will be communicated to you shortly.
